  • In this highly interactive session, Craig and Michael introduce participants to the creative process of costume design. Join them to experience the fun of exploring how culture, personality, location, time period, etc. contribute to character development through costuming. The costumed characters' points of view are brought to life in a drafted scene using participants’ innate creativity and intuition.

  • This session will be a blend of wellness practices such as yoga (mindful movement), meditation, and breathing exercises, all designed to promote mind-body connection and present-moment awareness. These practices reduce stress, reduce reactivity in daily life, and bring about stability, strength, clarity, and balance. Angela Hassan will be guiding the group, and there will be plenty of time for discussion, where we can talk about how to meet the world around us from a place of openness and love.

Bio: Angela Hassan is a yoga & meditation instructor, an energy healer, a teacher of presence, and a musician. She has experience working with people from all areas of life including youth, incarcerated individuals, individuals in hospice care, and those suffering from addiction. Angela's vocation is love. Whether she is practicing alone, with one person, or a full crowd, her intent is to come home to the heart, to our true nature, to love.
