Mission

To cultivate a connected and compassionate community by inviting people into meaningful exchanges of time and service that build trust, deepen relationships, and honor the inherent value of every individual. Rooted in the principles of dialogue and connection, the Warwick Time Exchange supports community well-being through shared responsibility and mutual care.

Purpose

To create and sustain a self-organizing network rooted in the belief that we all have something to offer and something to receive. By exchanging time, skills, and care outside the cash economy, members co-create a regenerative system of mutual support. This exchange not only meets practical needs, but also strengthens relationships, builds trust across differences, and fosters a deeper sense of belonging in our community.
